Does your busy schedule interrupt quality time with your family? You and your family are invited to join Tryshe Dhevney, an authority in vocal sound healing, for an introduction to the power of voice as a healing tool. In these high-tech times where restless sleep, money challenges and resistance to vegetables can take over, there are tools at the tip of our tongue that can quiet the chattering mind, change brain states and trasform the family dinner hour...with one tone. Join in the dialogue and learn sound strategies to create ease and increase productivity.

After being gifted a "flight manual" for Acrobatic Yoga, they were both determined to learn this amazing art that combined yoga with Thai massage and acrobatics. After a year and a half of attending classes and workshops all over the US, they both became certified AcroYoga instructors and have been teaching ever since.Their enthusiastic and motivational teaching style will ensure a fun and successful experience for all! Tucson Medmob!

What is medmob? Well, you’ve probably heard of a flashmob, where a large group of people choreograph a dance routine, and plan to meet in a public place at a specific date and time to spontaneously break into their dance. Medmob was inspired by this idea but it’s a much simpler concept to be involved in! There’s a specific date, time and location given through the grapevine, and all you have to do is show up and join this public demonstration of seated meditation. There are Medmobs gathering in cities all across the world and meditating with us…this is a great amount of loving and positive energy being created collectively!
Sat Preet Kaur (Erin Wilcox), a Kundalini teacher and dear friend of The Yoga Tree, is the oranizer of Tucson Medmob. We will be one of the grapevines for future events with this group…more info regarding the next one will be coming very soon!
Check out the footage below from a Tucson Medmob gathering on January 21, 2012 at Spencer Park...what a powerful experience! We sat in meditation for 30 minutes, followed by an 11-minute soundbath. We hope to see you at our next gathering...and bring others!
